Are your products genuine?
All the products we sell on our website are 100% genuine from the original brands. We keep all our stock in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping and subject to regular quality control checks.
How much is the delivery charge and how long will it take to get my items?
All of the orders placed on our website will be dispatched from our distribution centre in the Netherlands, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia and will be delivered to you by Swiss Post. Please allow around 10-21 business days (weekends excluded) + a few days for customs clearance for the orders to delivered. If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave a note and the parcel will be left in your nearest local post office for you to pick up.
Delivery times vary and depend on the postal service to the destination. If your order hasn't arrived after 14 working days please check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced. We may be able to trace your parcel if it isn't at your local post office, but please note that a full trace will take a minimum of 7 days due to postal requirements.
Do you offer Money Back Guarantee?
YES! We are confident you will be happy with our products. However if you have any problems with items you receive please report to us within 10 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Please note that the items must be unused. Unfortunately we can't cover the return postage if there are no problems with the products.
